Hi, I am a South Korean college student who dreams of becoming a perfumer. I prescribed it because I wanted to make a fig perfume. Gamma octalactone was not enough to intuitively evoke a fig scent, so I added stemone and ethyl maltol and vanillin but the top note was too rough and the base note only smelled of vanillin.
