So, I want to buy a quality electric shaver for coarse/tough/thick hair.

I would choose something from the top series from Panasonic (Arc 6) or Braun (Series 9), because I prefer the up-and-down moves as in traditional shaving, not the circular Philips style moves.
Will they do their job perfectly for coarse/tough/thick hair?
What do you use for coarse/tough/thick hair? Are you satisfied? Any advices? Things I have to take into account?
