Intrigued, I thought I’d google it. Two BN forum posts where it is mentioned in passing and ten pages of patent data. No good scents page.
….I finally found a CAS number – turns out it’s called woody carboxylate/ Poivrol
Mystery solved…Mahogonate = Poivrol
